Between Islands Project, Film 19, Children’s Resource Pack
To complement our forthcoming Between Islands exhibitions, we have produced a resource pack for young children which I am delighted to say is now completed and online.
Aimed at both island children and visitors, the pack has been created for us by Lewis artist Alice Macmillan with additional illustrations by Shetland designer Helen Laurenson. We hope to produce some printed copies shortly which can be distributed more widely in the new year, but in the meantime you can view or download the pack here.
To compliment the launch of the resource pack our short film this week gives an overview of how the pack was created.
Many thanks to Alice and Helen for their work on this, the ambition is that we can add to the existing pages in the future.
